Client:
A German electronic manufacturing services provider.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Location:
Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Quality Director (Chinese)
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure materials and finished goods meet quality requirement
+ Establish and maintain the quality plan, inspection instructions and calibration plan for the production
+ Planning and implementation of product audits, participation in internal process audits and support, external audits as customer audits, certification audits, inspection audits (UL, VDE, TUV die Prüfung , etc.) as well as the effectiveness of this established measures
+ Product complaint handling (both internal and external) - Error analysis, complaint reports, 8D report
+ Plan and conduct first-article tests and outgoing goods, re-qualification, product-specific quality planning
+ Other assignments by supervisor
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related technical area
+ More than 3 years experience as quality control in electronic or manufacturing companies
+ Familiar with quality tools and quality system ISO9001
+ Strong communication, organization, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
+ Independent, hands-on mentality and can-do spirit, team player and able to work under pressure
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English, fluent German is plus
+ Willing to live and work in Taicang
