About Our Client
Our client is an international leading group, which focus on commercial real estate development in China.Now it is one of the biggest property developers in China.based on the company's current performance, our client is seeking an expert on Financial Planning and Analysis to be based in Beijing
Job Description
As a financial planning and analysis manager, you will report to the financial director of Greater China. You will directly report to CFO based in Beijing with critical business decision making. This includes but not limits to budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, risk analysis.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. CMA qualified is a plus.
At least 8-10 years working experience in a leading multination company.
Direct experience in the retail,FMCG or real estate sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills dealing with other departments and different business partners.
Demonstrated ability to drive insight generation through data and analysis.
Experience in analytics, planning, forecasting, operation analysis.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must.
