Relevant Dep.: Overseas India Logistics Dep., Commercial Affairs Dep. Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ,Material Supply Dep.Ⅰ、Ⅱ,Supplier Qualification Certification
Position Responsibilities:
1、 Be responsible for the planning, optimization and implementation of commercial & bidding policies for board and handset materials, provide guidance & suggestions for purchasing;
2、 Participate in solution design and implementation for important business negotiation and bidding project;
3、 Organize middle and long term strategy analysis for material purchase, draft long-term purchasing strategy planning;
4、 Summarize purchase commercial process optimization, construct the best-practiced purchase process;
5、 Complete other works assigned by the Vice President.
Work Location: Shenzhen, China (Need travel frequently to India)
Qualifications:
1、 Bachelor degree above, over 8 years working experience. Rich experience in purchase, organized purchasing bidding project before;
2、 Rich experience in purchase and management, be familiar with the purchase best practice in the industry;
3、 Be familiar with communications industry and electronic components;
4、 Skilled in interpersonal communication and negotiation.
Preferences
1、 Working experience in telecom operators or relevant electronic component purchase;
2、 Be able to use Chinese for basic communication;
