Key activities: Chemical process development, scale-up, tech transfer, contract manufacturer management, and quality program management for the supply of bulk intermediates and products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing support and management to ongoing research projects and management of regulatory filings.
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in organic chemistry with more than eight years of experience in process chemistry
• Significant experience in process research
• Experience in cGMP and non-GMP manufacturing; knowledge of U.S. FDA regulations
• Experience in evaluating the technical and economic feasibility to transfer lab chemistries to manufacturing
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as supervisory experience
