Description
Manages exempt Individual Contributions (IC)s and/ or supervisors that are responsible for the systems software development and test function, including the design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and validation of software/firmware deliverables for ProLiant Servers. Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of team located in region. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Masters degree preferred. Eight plus years minimum related experience with three plus years management experience.
