EY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:
1. Establish JJMC Sales Planning principles and methodologies to set up Sales Planning management framework in Sales Planning competencies – account allocation, headcount recommendation, sales force structure, BP allocation, territory alignment, and reporting and performance evaluation.
2. Lead Sales planning analytic to develop Evidence-based analysis to support Franchise business planning and facilitate the deployment of Sales Planning management framework
3. Interact with sales planning team members and franchise stakeholders to identify, analyze and internally promote business development opportunities to improve sales force effectiveness, and to lead or support exploring on the executions of such opportunities
4. Mentor junior staff and supervise them on joint activities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 3 years working experience preferred. Prior experience in healthcare/ statistic /finance/accounting industry preferred.
- Strong data management & analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive insight generation through data and analysis.
- Track record of success driving operational improvements, particularly in cross-functional contexts

- Exhibit ability to balance “big picture” strategies with an attention to detail. Possesses strategic vision, but is comfortable with operational details and exhibits implementation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills with pragmatic and flexible style.

- Excellent people skills – able to work comfortably with multiple stakeholders and gain alignment on complex issues.
- Able to manage multiple tasks/projects.
