Job Description
Provide overall leadership in leading the design and architecture of host integration solution for the storage including VMware integration, Microsoft integration etc.
Responsible for a wide range of design activities from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specification.
Position requires significant knowledge across multiple platforms, processes or architectures and will include directing the design efforts of less experienced architects.
Also, expected to have an extensive understanding of industry and technology trends, as well as of strategy, and to apply that understanding to articulate a strategic vision which influences or guides business area, country or international strategic directions.

Articulates vision of long term, industry and technology directions which guides business area strategy. Develops technology frameworks or strategic architectures at a corporate enterprise level as well as being able to develop an architecture framework for a multi-application environment.
Recognized as an expert and a leader by other members of the Architect profession, multi-country organizations within The company, and by customer, vendor and subcontractor organizations
Leads business unit, country or international teams.

Accountable for business unit, major country or international I/T solutions, projects and programs.
Develops and implements product or technology strategies with executive review.
Applies broad industry, technology, business and professional knowledge to contribute to policy making.
Responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue and other critical business measurements.
Responsible for quality output / value add for highly visible I/T products, services and future business development.
Specific Skills:
- Deep technical skills and knowledge in VMware and Microsoft virtualization integration solution and products
- Solid technical skills and knowledge in storage, storage management and storage API programming like SMI-S.
- Broad technical scope in cloud and other virtualization technology like KVM.
- Solid Java/C++ programming skills as well as programming with script Python/Perl/Shell
- Solid working experience with different platforms: Windows; Linux etc.
- Assist and guide management and emerging technical leaders in driving thought leadership, technology vision and direction for entire team.
- Provide technical expertise support in our every day operational responsibilities and product commitments.
- Lead and educate team in product roadmaps, Fall Plan and portfolio strategies.
- Help management retain, nurture and develop our technical talent by providing contribution feedback, career guidance and support.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and in Chinese.
