Responsibility:

Communication between customer and developer during software development process

Software lifecycle management, including collecting voice of customers, software requirements management, software build management, and software updating
3.
Technical documentation of software product
4.
Customization of Software product
Qualification:
1.
University degree in Computer Engineering, 2+ years working experience (VC++, .Net and MS SQL Server related experiences have priority)
2.
Language abilities:
Proficient in scientific English writing, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, excellent presentation and wording abilities
3.
Understanding OOAD, UML and RUP
4.
Excellent communication, teamwork and coordination abilities

Position: Senior Technical Support Engineer
Number: 3
Responsibility:
1.
Software pre-sale and post-sale technical supports and services
2.
Software product technical documentation
3.
Software product training
4.
Software product application cases study
5.
Customization of software product
Qualification:
1.
Master or PhD degree, Engineering Major (Mechanical Eng. and E&E Eng. related majors have priority), two and more years R&D experience
2.
Understanding New Product Development and Creative Problems Solving Theories
3.
Language abilities:
Proficient in scientific English writing, fluent in spoken English;
Fluent in Mandarin , excellent presentation and wording abilities;
Presentation skills
4.
Understanding OOAD, UML and RUP;
5.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
