Hi everyone,

Nice to meet you guys here. I am planning to set up an office for an American company either in Beijing or Shanghai? Is there anyone who has experience on this subject? What's the procedure? How much tax I should pay for a sales office which could be very small (1-2 people in the coming one year time)at the beginning?

I would appreciate it if you could respond soon!
