The question is too parts:
1. If you own a residential house in a big city in China, and you do not want to or cannot sell it, how do you hedge against possible decline?
2. If you do not own a house and want to buy, how do you hedge against possible price increase?

I am presenting the question and hope there is a beautiful answer despite the lousy Chinese financial system.
