1. nice communication skills, funny and outgoing, caring about people.
2. love sports, love workout and running, and have a nice shape of body(at least not pear shaped).
3. Be social and dress appropriately, take a show at least once a day, have a nice haircut(not a cheap one or cut by your non professional friends to save money),comb your hair, clean your mouth, trim your mustach and nasal hair regularly. changing outfit and underwear everyday. personal hygiene is critical.
4. Love what American love and live the way they live but keep your cultural traditions, so that you will have sth in common to talk about and sth that will impress her.
5. love drinking beer and little bit generous.

these are mu personal experience, bricks to me are welcome
