Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1) Assists in the collection and processing of organization/employee HR-related transactions into HRIS which may include any of the following: - comprehensive transaction processing from new hire to termination/retirement; appropriate coding of values; - develop and maintain positive customer/vendor relationships; provide assistance in resolving data quality audits.
2) Assignments may include any of the following: new hire employment administration, personnel administration, organizational and/or position management, mergers and acquisition information management, payroll administration and employee data administration.
3) Provide assistance and counsel to employees, line management, and internal business partners on employee transaction procedures, policies, and web navigation.
4) Handles payroll and HR related inquiries from employees.
5) Resolve escalated customer issues and provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
6) Provides first level support to advisors and end users when system or business process issues limit or prohibit the ability to complete a transaction in the Service Center.
7) Be the lead for implementation of projects specified by the client
Processes requests for wage loans, payroll adjustments, paychecks, benefit adjustments, special bonus awards, and commission payments.
9) Prepares year-end tax reporting forms for all employees and revises these form if necessary.
10) Provides assistance to internal business partners on employee issues and escalations.
