Principal Responsibility
· Reporting Team Management
o Train and develop data analysts to increase the complexity and efficiency of the reporting process
o Effective recruiting and task allocation within the team to efficiently utilize resources
o Ensure that all critical reports (sales, marketing, services) are error free, and released on time
o Career development counseling and regular 1 x 1s to manage work process
o Proactively engage with business, marketing, and other SOP / SP&A counterparts to set up / refine metrics management systems
· Sales Operations
o Act as the site manager for sales operations roles, including sales administration, sales tools support
o Provide on site leadership for marketing ops responsibilities, such as online and marketing execution support
Requirements
Essential:
· 6~8yearsof IT experience, preferably in application development or DB management
· Degree qualified in computer science, systems engineering or other IT related disciplines
· In depth programming, system optimization, and office application automation experience is a must
· Visual basic, Microsoft Access, and SQL knowledge a must
· Strong problem solving and people management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean
Desirable:
· Strong English aptitude
· Process improvement experience, BPI certification
