Key responsibility:
- Assists & advisory to General Manager on daily operation improvement & special items
- Oversee all supporting functions in Dalian
Major activities:
1. Planning and finance related
- Coordinate necessary actions among Projects team and Control team.
- Setup business planning & budget together with General Manager and Japan Offshore Sourcing Division.
2. HR operation
Oversee the whole HR operation in Dalian, especially on recruitment, staff performance appraisal and career development.
3. GA administration
- Provide effective office management through regular review of GA activities & procedures.
- Monitor & feedback on office facilities & equipment
- Coordinate the necessary arrangement for VIP guests.
4. Vendor (Outsourcing) Management
- Setting of vendor ｓｅｌｅｃｔion criteria
- Participate vendor ｓｅｌｅｃｔion and evaluation.
Basic Requirement
1. Excellent English skill
2. At least 3 years control or finance related experience.
3. Experienced in overall office management is preferred.
Special Requirement
Experience in IT MNC in Dalian is preferred.
