职位描述及要求
Principal Duties and Responsibilities主要职责
1. Initiate investigation and take the necessary action to be got paid toward the delinquency via phone and mail. 通过电话和邮件进行调查,并采取必要的行动,得到不良记录中的应付款
2. Interface with appropriate departments to research outstanding balances and resolve customer issues.与相应的部门接触,调查明显的收支差额,解决客户问题.
3. Ensure appropriate records are maintained reflecting changes in accounts. Distribute delinquent report to sales department and manage the status from them.确保能反应出帐目中变化的记录的留存,分发拖欠款记录给销售团队,并且负责管理其回收状态.
4. Manage activities to meet A/R DSO and Past due objectives as a team. 负责管理团队行动以满足DSO和过去的应收款
5. Respond to internal and external customer account inquiries to ensure effective and deficient workflow according established guidelines procedures and policy响应内部和外部的客户帐目要求确保有效的工作流程.根据规定的指引程序和政策,指出不足的工作流程

1. Comfort Around Higher Management - Can deal comfortably with more senior mangers and determine the best way to get things done with them. 联络高级管理层—能舒适地处理与更多高级经理的关系,并且确定最好的方法使问题解决.
2. Command Skills - Encourages direct and tough debate but isn't afraid to end it and move on技能要求—鼓励直接的和激烈的争论,不害怕结束或是继续.
3. Composure - Cool under pressure. Do not become defensive or irritated when times are tough. 沉着—在压力下能镇静.当时间紧迫时不只顾自己或恼怒.
4. Conflict Management - Can find common ground and get cooperation with minimum noise 冲突管理—能找到共同点, 并与少量的反对声音合作.
5. Decision Quality - Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment. 果断品质—基于分析,明智,经验和判断的基础上做正确的决定
6. Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate Japanese skill. Reading English will be preferable. 沟通—良好的口语表达和书面沟通能力.中等的日语能力.英语能读更好.
7. Technical Skill - Good analytical skills and high attention to detail and deadline oriented. 技术要求—良好的分析技能,注重细节,有最后期限意识.
Good Knowledge of PC & Software applications. Basic Accounting Knowledge良好的电脑和办公软件知识.基础财务知识.
Qualifications资格
Prefer Bachelor degree in Accounting.最好财务本科
Relevant work experience相关工作经验
4-6 years experience or equivalent training and experience. 4-6年工作经验或相关培训经验.
