Title: Deputy Customer Service Manager
Client:a well known fortune 500 company, market leader in environmental services
Location: Shenzhen
MISSIONS:
Assist the Customer Service Manager in the implementation of the customer service strategy, in the optimization of the processes, in the development of new tools and in the management of the employees.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Elaboration and analysis of indicators
- Elaboration and optimization of the procedures
- Coordination of the actions of the commercial agencies
- Monitoring of customer service activities (billing, payments collection, new customers subscription, call center, etc.)
- Measure and improvement of customer satisfaction
- Implementation of communication tools
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in marketing, business administration or some field related
- At least 4 years of work experience (in customer service field preferable)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and inter skills
