Director/DGM of Memory and ASIC Design
Brief description of key responsibilities:
1.Manage EEPROM, smartcard, memory and logic IP (including NVM and embedded SRAM) and analog IP design teams as well as process technology (0.25um, 0.18um, 0.15um, etc.) development team.
2.Work with marketing to develop EEPROM and ASSP products.
3.Work with USA Headquarters design and technology development departments to make sure the projects to meet schedules and targets.
4.Work with Product/Testing engineering department to do debug/analysist new products.
5.Train design engineers to have ability of doing their jobs.
6.Work with China fab foundries to develop the processes, which are used for products.
Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements:
1.At least have 10 years circuit&memory design experience for SRAM, DRAM, NVM and ASSP.
2.At least have 3 years management working experience such as manage a design team to take individual projects from beginning to production.
3.Familiar with various circuit simulation tools such as Hspice, Star-Sim, Verilog, etc. Knowing to do layout design (Opus) and layout verification (LVS&DRC).
4.Understand device physics and circuit as well as sub-micron CMOS process very well.
5.Know IC bench testers such as Micro-probing, Logic Analyzer, Curve tracer, Oscilloscope, etc.Prefer to also know Advantest tester, Mosaid Bitmap tester,Kalos Personal tester, Teradyne J750 tester.
6.Can read, write and speak English very well.
Education and experience required:
BS/MS/Ph.D in Science and/or Engineering area, Microelectronics area preferred.
