- Title: Sales Training Manager
- Company profile: a multinational company which is a leading player in the rubber industry. The company has more than 100 year history. Worldwide it has more than 100 factories.
- Location: Shanghai
- Responsibilities:
• Retailer Training in Product Knowledge, Sales Techniques, Retail Business Management and Automobile Technical Training
• Distributor Training in Distributor Business Management, Distributor Sales Management according to company’s Distributor Growth Plan
• Internal Sales Associates Training in Product Knowledge, Sales Techniques, Retail Business Consulting and Distributor Business Consulting
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for All 3 Target Training Audience and Set up Beehive Training Modules by Coordination with VP-sales, Retail Director, Channel Manager and Key Account Manager
• Coordinate Closely with Regional Sales Training Manager for Programs within Asia Pacific Region
• Responsible for Training Programs Development by Leading Training Team and Coordinating with All Consulting Companies
• Training Plan Setting, Training Program Delivering and Regular Training Effectiveness Review with VP-sales and Regional Sales Training Manager
• Responsible for Sales Incentive Program Initiation, Sales Team Performance Evaluation and Sales Incentive Execution
- Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree, MBA Preferred
• Five Years Working Experience In Field Sales, Retail Management or Distributor Business Development Preferred.
• Three Years Working Experience In Charge Of A Sales Training Team, Background of FMCG Company or Professional Training Company Preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Computer Literate, Good Communicator
• Be Proactive, A Good Organizer
