Position has overall tax compliance responsibility for all Company Asia legal entities within China region:
Ø Review transfer pricing arrangement for all company Asia legal entities;
Ø Review and advise proper tax policy applicable to company Asia legal entities;
Ø Work with company Asia finance team and Global tax team to ensure global tax filing, reporting and accounting compliance in each legal entity;
Ø Work with finance team to deal with government and/or Audit firm tax audit;
Ø Review and structure proper commercial documents to support tax compliance;
Ø Support tax due diligence and integration of M&A targets;
Ø Support company Asia legal entity rationalization initiative in China;
Ø 0ther related tax responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Ø University degree with major in Management or Finance
Ø Minimum 5 years experience in tax function in major international accounting firm in China, and
Ø Minimum 5 year experience in tax function in multinational industrial company
Ø Good command of China tax knowledge
Ø Breadth of tax expertise in reporting and accounting
Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skill (Good relationship with tax bureau)
Ø Fluent in Chinese Mandarin & English
