Position: Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
Ø Ensure PRC / US GAAP guideline compliance of the Accounting books
Ø Ensure efficient process in place, included update the process with latest document / information transmitting and archiving technology, make use of technology to automate the booking process and consistently evaluate and review the work flow to ensure high efficiency
Ø Ensure internal control in place for the booking process to prevent misstatement of the Accounts
Ø Provide career development plan for the team
Ø Ensure all the global booking rules, corporate guideline / rules compliance
Ø Ensure timeliness on the Legal consolidation report submission
Ø Provide analysis on the Financial statement and additional reporting to assist SEC reporting requirement by HQ
Ø PRC legal Financial Statement
Ø Ensure all PRC GAAP Financial statements are prepared in accordance
Ø Work with the Tax Manager to ensure timely and accurate Tax (corporate income tax, BT, etc) filing, payment and reporting to Tax bureau
Ø Manage/support all the internal / external financial audit and government audit related to Finance
Job Requirements:
Ø Degree in Finance / Accounting, PRC CPA / ACCA
Ø More than 5 years of working experiences with a MNC and at least 2 years as a manager /leader to a team
Ø Solid knowledge on PRC GAAP, US GAAP
Ø Good knowledge on all the PRC government financial reporting requirements
Ø Has experience in dealing with external / internal auditors and government authorities
Ø Has lead a team of more than 4 people and demonstrated leadership traits in his/her previous job
Ø Has knowledge of using an ERP system
Ø A trustworthy person with integrity, walk the talk and set as an example to the colleagues
Ø A fast thinker and receptive to changes, while with strong principles to policy compliance
Ø Be willing to take on additional responsibilities when circumstance arise and put in additional effort / hard work to complete the assigned tasks
Ø Be hands-on, a self-starter and have the ability to operate effectively in an dynamic, fast paced environment
Ø Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
