Job Title: Sales Manager, Global Signaling and Rail Solutions
Location: Beijing, China
Job Description:
Individual will lead regional sales and commercial efforts for GE Transportation’s Global Signaling and Rail Solutions units in China. Specific responsibilities include:
Developing and executing innovative sales/growth strategies.
Meeting quarterly/annual financial and market development objectives, including orders, sales, and pricing targets.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers at MOR government/industry officials, local railway bureau, design institute, CRSC, CARS and other third-party partners.
Directly interfacing with marketing, product management, product development, and project execution teams to develop product introduction and penetration plans.
Providing a key source of input and feedback regarding customer product/solution needs and requirements.
Drive the customer satisfaction and support the project implementation
Candidate Specification Criteria
Knowledge of railway signaling products and technology solutions, including train control and dispatching, yard automation, defect detection and/or telecommunications is a plus. Other desired qualifications include:
Five years railway signaling/solutions sales, marketing, project management or field service experience preferred.
Financial analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed commercial goals and objectives
Excellent organizational integration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Program/project leadership experience.
Accomplishments that reflect teamwork, integrity, accountability, and speed.
Experience that demonstrates excellent customer skills.
Required language skills: English, Chinese
