Does anyone know if there is fleet-wide wireless service for cell phone users in China? That is, the service allows guests in ship (especially at cruise lines) to use their cell phones while in port or at sea.
I know Carnival Cruise provides such service to their guests enabling them to make and receive calls anywhere in the world from any cruising region.
