FEDDERS CORPORATION JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Treasury Manager
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
1.0 PORTS TO: China Controller/ International Treasurer
2.0 SUPERVISES: None
3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: To assist the China Controller/International Treasurer in all International treasury matters, including securing loans, manage cashflow, meet suppliers payments, and timely and accurately reporting treasury reports
4.0 MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1 Assist the plants and other entities in forecasting weekly their cashflow needs, reviewing them
4.2 Work closely with Corporate Treasury in ensuring the plants and other entities are adequately funded for the daily operations
4.3 Make sure timely submission of all Treasury reports
4.4 Assist in projects where cashflow is concerned
4.5 Work with Global Sourcing in communicating with suppliers on payment issues
4.6 Assist the International Treasurer in secure loans at competitive cost, to meet operational needs of the China entities
4.7 Assist the International Treasurer in maintaining banking relationships
4.8 Work closely with Financial Services on the mechanics to ensure collections from the sales transactions are completed
4.9 Understanding latest banking and forex control regulations and ensuring the entities meet them
4.10 Ensure adequate controls over bank accounts and cash related procedures
5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

6.1 Country Controller/International Treasurer
6.2 Corporate Treasury
6.3 Other FC and Banking and Cashiers in International
6.4 Financial Services - China
6.5 REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
6.6 4 year degree majoring in Finance
6.7 At least 5 years work experience in Treasury or banking fields
6.8 Maturity and communication skills
6.9 English skill, written and spoken
6.10 Work for FIE for at least 2 years
