Job Description
Position: Hiring Leader
Organization: Being on accelerated growth curve, acquisition of talent at a rapid pace is must. The revenue driver of our growing business is people. Clients are billed on the basis of having people in production.
Key Accountabilities:
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and work with operations to help deliver the objective of building an effective hiring engine for all levels across the organization.
• Positively impact and deliver on metrics like pipeline fill rate, turn around times, cost etc
• Responsible for building the strategy and process to generate desired scale of applicants
• Build Genpact brand in market place…. Move the company from awareness set to consideration set to preferred set
• Ensure streamlining and implementation of Apply to Join process
• Lead and grow the hiring team to deliver 3000+ people by 2008 across sites
• Ensure hiring of appropriate talent.
• Integrate with other corporate functions/ CoEs to implement best practices
Required Skills:
• Experienced, mature and solid professional with at least 10-15 years of HR/ Marketing/ Quality background with strong operational experience
• Proven execution capabilities in a sales high pressure environment
• Demonstrated team leadership in large organization
• Strong financial acumen and strategic ability….commercially savvy.
• Strong, clear, effective written and oral communication …ability to interact at all levels in the organization incl. senior leaders.
• Strong influencing and relationship building skills, ability to get work done by cross functional teams and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Should know Chinese/ Japanese and English
• In-depth knowledge of company and govt. rules
• Open to traveling (10 days/month)
• Change management competencies
• Enormous energy and ability to energize and keep the team motivated to manage hiring pressure
• Should know Chinese, Japanese and English
