Our client a leading 500 Fortune Company with operations around the world, is currently looking for a compliance manager to join its Healthcare department.
The Job:
The Compliance manager’s role is a high profile role within healthcare section and also within Company Compliance Community.
· Lead China Compliance Review Board.
· Develop core compliance metrics consistent with company’s requirements.
· Develop and roll out compliance processes to reflect company’s best practices:ensure that such processes remain robust and relevant.
· Develop and deliver compliance training to relevant audiences throughout China.
· The Compliance Manager will be a key member of the Compliance/Legal team.
Requirements:
· University degree in Law or Business Administration.
· Min 6 yrs of business experience Government-agency working experience is preferred.
· Very strong process/Six Sigma skills to enable real change to be made in compliance measurement capability.
