Responsibilities:
. Implement and support EBS system for all businesses in Asia region
. Grasp knowledge of project methodology and corporate requirements
. Establish ongoing support structure for EBS application post system go-live.
- Responsible for implementing functional modules of Oracle EBS suite across Asia, including requirement study, gap analysis, business blueprinting, system realization, user training, and etc.
- Take project leadership in succeeding rollout projects in Asia using Alcoa project methodology and leveraging global system prototype.
- Collaborate with Asia Share Service team to develop common service processes through the EBS system.
- Define location specific or statutory business requirements through interacting with user community.
- Identify gaps between local practices and global common prototype by collaborating with Australia/US EBS resources, and develop solution or workaround according to local business practices.
- Assist Australia/US EBS team to prepare procedural and training documents, and deliver user training and CRP sessions.
- Coordinate with Australia EBS team to perform system upgrades following system deployment.
- Provide EBS application first-line support for Asian user community, and conduct ongoing training for location key users.
Requirements:
. 4+ years extensive experience with Oracle 11i implementation projects, preferably with China rollout projects of big multinationals.
. Sufficient exposure in managing Oracle ERP projects, possessing the functional consulting and project management skills.
. Work experience in famous consulting firms and/or big multinational firms is a big plus.
. Very strong English capability and communication skills.
