ERP - Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead-002

• Responsibilities:
- Managing small to medium scale offshore ERP/Software projects, work closely with clients’ technical staffs to ensure successful execution of the project;
- Technical application design, development and system architecture, especially package application configuration and customizations
- Assist to manage People & Team, coach junior staffs to grow their technical skills
- Providing technical knowledge in how ERP/CRM support business processes, interpret the system architecture, business/technical specifications to the project team.
- Internal and external business development;

• Requirements:
- At least 5 years related experience as software architect or expertise in ERP or software development areas;
- At least 3 years software programming experiences using tools of Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, SAP ABAP, J2EE, .NET, scripting, Middleware platform or Database etc., previous ERP/CRM consulting experience is a plus;
- Strong technical application design and development capabilities, familiar with system architecture and state of arts software and IT technologies.
- Project management knowledge in terms of CMM/CMMI, ISO, PMBOK etc.
- Good communication skills with all levels of technical professionals and clients;
- Leadership skill, High level of service orientation;
- Good command of English languages, oversea experience is a plus

• The position also require:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related disciplines
- Logic and reaction thinking.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
- Good team-work spirit.
