Sales Coaching and Ramp Up Manager (Japan Home and Small Business)
Japan Home and Small Business (HSB) Sales Department based in Dalian team has 200+ team members and is growing rapidly. The Sales Team provides superior sales experience and support to consumer and small business customers in Japan. We are looking for qualified middle-level managers to manage hiring, training and sales coaching. Key success factors include: coaching the team to deliver solid sales results, developing a strong and capable team and providing superior customer service.
Main responsibilities are:
1) Creating and managing the coaching team for Japan HSB Sales.
2) Manage on-board, training and development of new hires in Japan HSB Sales
3) Owning and managing the expansion plan for Japan HSB Sales
4) Full management, performance planning and individual career development responsibility for the Dalian Coaching Team
Qualifications:
1) Proven track record in people management
2) Proven track record in sales and hiring sales talent
3) Proven record working successfully with cross-functional departments
4) Experience developing direct reports and building a strong team
5) Strong customer focus
6) Results driven
7) Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
7) Experience improving processes (Six Sigma,etc)
Japanese, English (required)+ Chinese (preferable)
