POSITION title: Finance Manager, Road Machinery Division - Asia Pacific
SUPERVISOR title: Financial Director
POSITION objectIVE:
Why does this job exist? What value does this job bring to the organization?
This position financially manages the Road Machinery Division for the Asia Pacific region. In addition, this position serves as the primary interface with the Road Machinery Division headquarters.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
What are the principal responsibilities of this job?
• Key financial leader of Road Machinery Division for Asia Pacific.
• Manage analysis of monthly results.
• Develop monthly forecasts.
• Present monthly results and forecast information to Asia Pacific leadership team and Division leadership team in the United States and Europe.
• Develop Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan (Budget) for RMD Asia Pacific.
• Effectively manage working capital and cash flow. (Inventory Turns, DSO, DPO, etc)
• Serve as financial support to division product marketing and sales.
• Drive strategic initiatives.
• Implement process improvements.
• Support other CT/CVT Asia Pacific initiatives, as required.

2. Products: Road Machinery - Pavers and Rollers
3. Territory: Asia Pacific
Relationships :
Internal - Reports To: Financial Director
Internal –Works with Asia Pacific Product Marketing & Sales, US Division Controller and Analysts, Coordinates with other AP Finance Managers and Analysts.
Internal - Subordinates: None
KEY COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principle in AP and US – Accounting Competence.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and consolidation systems. (Khalix, Khalix for Excel, QAD, MFG/PRO, Oracle, Navision, etc.)
- Strong oral and written skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint as well as good financial analysis skills.
- Team oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Other requirements:
High degree of independence and self – motivation.
Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific as needed. – Travel will likely be 10% of time.
MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting with CPA or MBA.
MINIMUM YEARS of EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:
Over 8 years relevant, progressive experience. Public Accounting / Audit Experience preferred.
