Job Description
Investor Relations Manager
Our client is a global IT powerhouse and its products share a large percentage of the market, globally and in China and they are making great strides in implementing their business strategy that is creating a stir around the world with its ambition and drive.
This is a critical role for this exciting, growing technology organization, this role will be the leader to develop, design, implement and administer the organization’s investor relations managerment in China. The role is to be based in Beijing and to join their talented and motivated team. The candidate will be responsible for their China investor relations management in China area.
Location: China, Beijing
Reporting to: Investor Relations Vice President, based in Hong Kong
Responsibility:
· Work with the global IR team base in HK, to communicate proactively with all investors in the domestic stock market and those who visit the Company from overseas and HK;
· Develop and manage investor communications plans to reach the domestic investors, both institutional and retail;
· Drive initiatives to influence and track public perception on the company;
· Explain to investors the company's strategy and prospects ahead;
· Perform all tasks in a balanced and proactive manner that is consistent with investor regulations.
Requirement:
· At least five years sold experiences in investor relations management;
· Breadth of knowledge of company’s business and financial processes;
· Experience in dealing with the investment community, understanding their thinking and motivations;
· Effectiveness with the management team in Beijing but also functional and financial teams;
· Communication and interpersonal skills; multi-lingual;
· Ability to act independently and build interfunctional support team;
· Certain level of knowledge in finance and strategy formulation;
