A week ago, I got this ACN offer:

- 35% raise compared with my previous pay
- 5 weeks of paid vacation plus 9 holidays
- $5k sign-on bonus (not much from what I heard from other consulting companies!)
- Annual bonus
- 401(k) match, Global Bonus Plan, stock options plan, and insurances
- 18monts of credit for promotion (normally 3yrs as consultant and then manager)
- Overtime pay if working for 96hours or more for two-week pay period.

After a few rounds of negotiations, the terms changed a little bit
- 46.6% pay raise compared with my previous job
- $10k sign-on bonus (but split into two years, $5k for this year, and $5k for next year  Acutally I've already planned how to spend $7k, sigh, carrots dangling and now...broken eggs in basket  )
- 30montsof credit for promotion (I'll be reviewed next September for elegibility to be promoted to Manager  Their original offer was for me to wait until September 2009!  )
The only thing is that I could have started Oct 8th, but because of my negotiation, I now need to start Oct 15th...555, lost one week of pay right there  But the extra 12months of credit would surely pay its due ^^
My previous job ended on August 13th. So it took me two months to start with my next buyer, huh
