Responsibilities:
• Manage the Logistics Division – fully responsible for financial performance
• Lead, motivate, monitor and develop best in class practices for Global logistics.
• Ensure retention of existing Principals and Clients
• Achieve >95% In Full on Time delivery.
• Responsible for the management of the Sales Operational Planning process.
• Manage and lead the Quality Assurance team in Shenzhen
• Responsible for ensuring the highest service standards & continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 10 years or more experience in International Supply Chain and Logistics
• Graduate or Professional qualifications appropriate to the role
• Able to effectively manage a diverse and multicultural team
• Commercial flair and ability to develop new business
• Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities
• Good communicator at all levels in English and Mandarin
• Active promoter of change & improvement
• International experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
We seek an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and develop their logistics services team and manage the Quality Assurance team which is based in Shenzhen.
The primary purpose of the role is run the logistics service in a professional and profitable manner within a competitive environment.
