This position lets you intensively acquire international HR experience:

Responsibilities:
Closely communicate with Clients for the completion of assignment;
Analyze and identify target companies and candidates to match clients' requirements;
Research related industry information, approach, interview and evaluate candidates, guarantee & continuously raise quality of consulting service process;
Provide consultation to clients;
Realize smooth introductions between multinational clients & candidates, give professional advice to clients;
Thinking in teams of solutions (not problems)
Requriements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Good English communication, fluent in reading, clear speaking, writing;
High psychological sensitivity, matunity for right judgment of candidates;
Preferably 》2 yrs full time related working experience. (Headhunting, Human Resources, sales management etc)
Tough, creative, self-starting, honest, never-say-die personality;
Responsible, able to work under pressure;
Ability to develop new customers.
Age between 24-35
