APCC Inventory Accounting
•Complete the APCC inventory accounting close accurate and timely as per required deadline
•Provide High Value Parts daily reports with highlights on any abnormal inventory movements to management
•Provide weekly inventory aging scorecard reporting to management and follow up aging issues actively with respective Business Planning team & Procurement team.
•Prepare weekly shipment reports to revenue accounting team.
•Prepare APCC inventory related account reconciliations which includes: inventory, RBNI, RTV as per required deadline and follow up, resolve the unreconsiled items with respective parties actively if any.
•Review the Physical Inventory (PI) count results and highlight / follow up inventory control issues if any. Perform PI count gain/loss reconciliation bt. general accounts vs Glovia count loss reports
•Follow up with in-country inventory accountant on any inventory management issues resolution
•Active involvement in the inventory accounting process improvements
•Active involvement in the inventory SOX / CSA
Qualification
1) Bachelor degree in accounting or above
2) 3 year above working experience in multi-national company, able to work under pressure
3) Good interpesonal skill
4) Good Excel and Access Skill
5) Can communicate fluently in English and Madarin.
6) Oracle Accounting Experience
