Roles and Responsibilities
1. To act as Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology expert to develop and support all LSS belts
2. To function as a catalyst to promote Lean Six Sigma knowledge in Consumer Business Group, make Lean six sigma concepts part of culture in people's mind and drive staff to effectively utilize lean six sigma methodology in daily work
3. On a full-time basis, coach and mentor a group of Belts and support the Sponsors connected to the belts projects
4. Screens projects from a Lean Six Sigma perspective
5. Coordinates with the Deployment Team on program direction, standardization, and communication
6. Gathers program results
7. Ensures consistent application of the tools by the Belts
8. Works collectively with Area Champions on Project Reviews, Charter Approvals, and Communication Plans
Requirements
1. Masters degree preferred
2. Bachelors degree with relevant experience acceptable
3. At least 5 years working experience
4. Product & / or operational experience is preferred
5. Project management experience is preferred
6. Management level interaction
7. Proficient English
8. Expert level skill in 6 sigma processes and tools
9. Statistic skills
10. Problem-solving skills
11. Communication & coordination skills
