JOB SPECIFICATIONS
POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide leadership in executing and implementing contact preventive program for APJ/Dalian Care in support of APJ Customer Care operations. Primarily responsible to lead local / regional teams comprising of staff from various functional groups in minimizing & preventing call/contact early in the process. Other responsibilities involved driving customer call to lower contact channel and improving the business processes/procedures and Cost Per Incident (CPI)
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop contact preventive plan in supporting organization metrics & goals
• Develop contact cost reduction plan in supporting organization metrics and goals
• Develop & manage governance process in monitoring call/contacts preventive & cost reduction program to ensure the success of the program/initiatives
• Lead a team comprising of various functional team members in executing call/contacts preventive & cost reduction plan/initiatives
• Develop/Improve business processes/procedures in ensuring sustainable & scalable future operations
REQUIREMENTS:
Set out the qualifications, experience and skills that are essential for the position
• A university degree in any engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in engineering field. Process improvement experience is an added advantage
• Possess strong analytical & problem solving skills (Root cause analysis / Close Loop Corrective Action) and able to work independently/ without much supervision. Those with strong financial acumen will have added advantage.
• Posses good communication & command skill, action & result oriented, and able to deal with ambiguity comfortably. Speak English, Chinese & Japanese.
• Must be a great team player
INTERACTIONS:
Indicate the superior/subordinate relationship and any other working relationships
• Regular communication with local team such as Care Ops, Sales & Marketing, and Factory (NPI, Logistics, MFG, PC, etc-etc)
• Regular communication with regional CE/Care teams in China, Japan, US, and Europe
• Communicating with Company PG on the need basis
• Communicating with APCC Senior Management Team on the need basis
