- Primary Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Charted Account
- Secondary Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management or Computer Application
Mandatory Skills:- Core BI / SEM / BPS
- Excellent Communication skills
- Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.
Secondary Skills
- Experience in Bid management
- Experience of Global projects
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Lead on Projects (Manage engagements)
- Providing leadership/ mentoring for team
- Involved in Bid Management
- Demonstrate creativity & thought leadership
- Act as trusted adviser to the customer
- Understand client requirement and assist in getting additional business from the client
- Independently plan and handle process workshops with the customer
- Manage customer expectations and avoid any es-calations.
- Manage and effectively handle escalations on pro-jects
- Should be able to manage and demonstrate capa-bility to handle concurrent task.
- Operates autonomously and receives management direction as appropriate.
