The incumbent will assist the Head of HR on HR functions that supports the Branches over the country.
Involve in recruitment and selection process; Assist HR Head to evaluate the recruitment efficiency and take action for improvement accordingly.
Direct employment activities, assures that properly qualified employees are recruited and retained.
Assist HR Head on budget and forecast of personnel expenses for the various business units of Branches.
Provide general HR service to employees and other activities in regard to staffing change.
Co-ordinate new employee orientation and training programs and expenses so as to be consistent with financial objective of the organization.
To initial and implement employee relationship program and to promote the company’s core values.

University/College graduation, preferably in HR or Psychology related field
1- 3 years' relevant experience in Multinational Corporation
Solid knowledge of HR management and practices, operations
Be familiar with PRC Labor laws
