Position: Relationship Manager --------Consumer

Main Responsibilities
Customer account opening and after sales service
To offer deposits and investment products to customers
To provide Financial Planning services to customers
To provide assistance to customers of major potential with increased need for advisory services, particularly investments
To sell appropriate products to customer
To obtain referral from existing customers
To cross-sell other products / services when appropriate
To be responsible for service to and satisfaction of customers, aiming at long-term customer relationships.
To master all sales process operations and consequently use all resources available.
Job Requirements: Degree holder
1-3 years consumer banking experience in sales function
Knowledge in global financial markets ie. Securities, FX, Bonds, Interest, Indexes….
Knowledge in CBRC regulation
Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent inter-personal skills
A good team player and able to work independently under pressure
