Internal Communications Strategic
• ensure transparency and coherent communications between management and employees through efficient and effective internal communication
• increase employees’ understanding to the business and positively influence the internal perceptions of the company, its products and people
• motivate employees to achieve the success for the company and for themselves
Implementation
• Secure right access to right info for all team members in Sony Ericsson across China
• Create ownership, pride, belonging, and commitment and inspire actions from the team including outsourced promoters and consultants inside PBG via transparent information and knowledge sharing
• Help to build an invincible team to achieve business success by working together with HR
• Reinforce the company cultures by focusing on Living the Values, Living the Brand and Customer and Market Orientation
Critical Success Factors
• Clarity of definition and importance of strategic internal communications by SECN leaders and managers
• Regular Management and employee dialogues, line manager briefings Identify and eliminate information overload
• Leveraging of Internal Communication Committee for cross-functional working across silos
