Key Accountabilities:
• Using 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive process improvements
• Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance. Ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Process Excellence/Six Sigma methodologies and tools (where appropriate), and perform and interpret extensive analysis.
• Mentor Six Sigma quality projects. Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified.
• Lead GDC audit
• Align BBs with Ops Big Ys and process deliverables.
• Mentor Black Belts on Six Sigma.
• Best practice sharing & implementation
Required Skills:
• 5 + yrs exp in IT Services / IT Operations / IT Consultancy.
• 5 + yrs people management experience
• 3+ yrs quality experience with BB certified is highly prefered
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication & Influencing skills
• Demonstrated project management skills with ability to handle multi tasks
• Fluent in English & preferably bilingual in English & Japanese
