Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the preparation of company quarterly earnings releases and Q&A.
2. Effectively communicate the company's operational and financial performances with analysts, institutional investors, and financial journalists of oversea media, and establish realistic expectations for future performance.
3.Serve as the primary contact for information inquiries and requests from analysts and investors.
4.Manage investor base through effective analysis and outreach
5.Assist in planning and managing the annual investor relations events, including investor conferences, road shows, and the annual shareholder meeting.
6. Provide meaningful and relevant information tied to business dynamics to BOD and senior management.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Business related fields.
2.Outstanding written and oral English.
3.5 years+ of work experience.
4.Strong foundation in accounting and strong ability in quickly analyzing and communicating company and industry information, both financially and economically.
5.Ability to work under pressure and deal with people effectively.
6.Highly motivated and reliable, with strong sense of responsibility.
