Title：ERP Application Support Specialist
Responsibility
Responsible for the following jobs, according to the business strategy, aim, work plan, the requirement of corresponding flow and rule, the development of IT technologies, and the application status of our company:
1.Answer for the scheming and planning of ERP application support system. In charge of the designing of blue print of ERP application support and the organizing of its implementation.
2.Analyze possible problems in the application functional implementation, technical infrastructure, performance capability, stability and security synthetically, responsible for the optimizing scheme and its realization.
3.Provide technical decision to solve severe problems in ERP system.
4.Take charge of tackling key problems and make sure that they are solved eventually.
5.Organize and coordinate the daily maintenance management of ERP system.
6.So as to assure ERP production system is stable, efficient, secure, extensible and economic enough to satisfy the requirement of business development and the globalization of application support.
Qualifications
1.With over 10 years of experience in the IT field, over 5 years of work experience in ERP application support, over 2 years of experience in application architecture.
Good experience in global support of ERP application. Familiar with well-rounded global application support architecture in other fields.
2.Good experience in implementation and maintenance of ORACLE Applications R11i. Know IT project management skills well. Good at communicating and coordinating.
3.Far-sighted and sensitive to the development of new technologies in ERP and database, have the ability to communicate with craft brothers of the industry.
4.Familiar with business operation, be able to complete the function and flow optimizing of ERP application and solve performance problems in complex applications. Design and make decision for technical scheme of ERP application projects.
5.Be proficient in system, database, storage, network technologies and be able to analyze tough problems technically in applications.
6.Good capability in analyzing and solving knotty problems in application systems.
7.Be capable of drawing up the flow and rules in technology support.
8.Good at multicultural communicating and understanding in both Chinese and English.[/b]
