Operation Support – GDC Managed Service Operation (Call Center Section)-002

 Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or its equivalent, Master or MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years’ related experience in an international 4-star hotel or above, Or 5+ years’ experiences in hotel management industry.
- Hotel Reservation department experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, management & coordination skills.
- Good sense in customer service and standard operation procedures control.
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
- Hotel pre-opening experiences are preferred.
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Experience of working in diverse cultural environment required
