Primary Responsibilities:
Be responsible for ITIM product related solution design, requirement analysis, development management and deployment execution.
Supports Transition &Transformation Project Managers and Delivery Lead to analyze existing ITIM system for due diligence purpose and define knowledge transfer requirement for application management execution.
Assists in acquiring staff and material resources for the on-going support of ITIM system.
Leading the overall communications between customer and support team.
Address and solve technical issues relating with ITIM system, be responsible for communicating with development vendor.
Provide information of the product knowledge within the area - both for ITIM and infrastructure which ITIM is closely integrated to

Liaises with Customer System Owner counterpart to ensure expectations are correctly set.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
More than 5 years experience in the application development area
Profound knowledge in identity and access management system development
Be familiar with Tivoli identity management suit product
Actual development experience of identity management system on Tivoli Identity Management product
Experience in provision policy, workflow, security policy and etc.
Undergraduate Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology/Services, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience).
Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments, Country, Regional or Global Level.
Demonstrated success working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure.
Excellent English and Chinese language ability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
In-depth knowledge of Managed Services Delivery practices, process and tools.
