This role provides leadership/direction to all our HR sevices projects in Dalian Global Delivery centre. This role will also require to liaise with Japan BTO team and working with deal team and client team in solutioning and operation issues resolution

This is a strategic and high visibility role for someone who is keen to expand career in HR operations supporting Asia, with focus on Japan

Job desc<x>ription:
 The HR Services Leader supervises, motivates and leads a team of HR Delivery Managers, providing functional, operational and administrative leadership to achieve performance targets.
 Promotes services to key stakeholders as described in SOW
 Provides directions and leaderships to HR delivery teams
 Ensures compliant to business control guidelines
 Streamlines HR processes within all teams
 Drives and motivates teams to achieve performance targets

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree/equivalent with minimum 5 years of working experience on senior HR management roles within multi national companies.
2. Managed large HR operation groups
3. Well versed with full suite of HR related services, from employee & benefit administrations, payroll processing, work force management, travel & expense processing, expat management etc.
4. Good understanding of HR requirements for Japan, China, South Korea and other Asian countries
5. Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, influencing, motivational and planning skills.
6. Able to read, write and communicate effectively in Japanese, Mandarin & English.
7. Ability to work independently and drive quality and efficiency in operations

Technical Skills (Level 4-5)
a. understanding of Japan payroll & year end individual tax return
b. understanding of Japan compensation & benefits,
c. understanding of Japan travel & expenses
d. understanding of Japan work force management / recruitment administration

Non-Technical Skills (Level 4-5)
a. able to read / write Japanese
b. able to understand Japanese business culture
c. managed more than 50 people before, either in outsourcing service provider environment or corporate HR environment
d. worked in multi national environment
e. action oriented
f. good communication skills
