I hope the advice is correct. But it is cruel to exclude people by such rigid rules. I feel confused with many school names, like 北京科技大学，北京科技学院，北京理工大学，北京理工学院，北京工业大学，北京北方工业大学，北京信息技术大学，等。出国太久，不知道哪个是哪个了。
