Finance Analyst – GDC Managed Service Operation (Call Center Section)-002

 Position Summary/Purpose:

- This individual will serve as the cost analysis and financial administration for the operation of the reservation center and the services.
- This individual will support the implementation project team during the construction of the center and will act as the finance analyst of the project. She/he needs to setup the center operation financial review processes during the project.
- After the center built up, this individual will be responsible for the cost analysis and financial administration of the center daily operation. The responsibility may include:
- o To ensure the cost of the center/service operation be aligned the budget plan;
- o To control the cost happened within the operation.
- o To conduct the cash flow management of the center daily operation.
- o To conduct the daily invoicing and payment activities within the center operation.

- This individual will be responsible for reporting the center operation financial status and for escalating the financial issues to the reservation operating manager.
- This individual will also be responsible for maintaining and developing GDC knowledge resource system of Managed services solution packages.

 Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or its equivalent, Master or MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years’ related experience large multi-national companies.
- Background in cost control and finance analysis field.

- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Experience of working in diverse cultural environment required
