岗位职责
- Manage the vendor, lead the vendor complete project smoothly and efficiently, Ensure the projects complete within the scope, cost and schedule - Represent the GEO and Other GIS organizations to serve end users as being a single contact point - Collaborate and alignment with application team to ensure the IT end user support for application products/projects - Communication with World wide users for any IT infrastructure issues - Travel abroad to provide the IT assistance to world wide end users. - Ensure department ITIL process execution

- Excellent English and Mandarin Knowledge, both written and spoken - Good interpersonal, communication skill,internally and externally,ability for co-ordination, organizing of cross-functional team is highly preferred; - Experienced in the implementation and project management of email, help desk and/or end user support are preferred. - Experience in ITIL process preferred - Strong vendor management experience and skill preferred
