Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

1. Provide the Siemens process sensor (process instrumentation) product sales training to Siemens Sales forces, including external sales
2. Provide the customer training on Siemens Process Sensor (process instrumentation) Product
3. Manage the training material and make necessary & appropriate changes in order to suit the purpose of training (sales or customer training)
4. Manage the operation of training room, responsible for the training

management Professional Experience
Some experience over the process automation, process instrumentation and specific production process like petrochemical and etc.

Leadership Experience
It is better to have some training management and administration experience, know how to work together with team member. It is necessary to have some leadership potential to be able to take the responsible to be the leader of the training center.

Intercultural Experience
Since this training will mainly mean for Asia / Pacific, so it is very important to have language capability especially English, some knowledge over the culture of Asia / Pacific. It is important to be able to work with the training specialist from Germany and Canada.
